We do not have a branch in Manila and Cebu and have no accredited resellers as of now. We strongly encourage you to buy only from our stores and via our e-commerce site to guarantee the legitimacy and freshness of our products.

We can ship to your area as long as it is part of the covered areas of LBC and J&T.
Please take note there are some areas in the Philippines that we cannot deliver to. These include:
Certain areas of Cebu Province – Bantayan Island and Camotes Island only
Mindoro (Occidental or Oriental)
Certain areas of Palawan – Coron
Certain areas of Surigao Del Norte – Siargao Island
We will issue a cancellation notice via email and immediately refund any payments made by the customer as per our standard turnaround time for refunds. You may contact us at email@example.com for any questions.
No, we do not ship outside of the Philippines yet.

We follow LBC and J&T’s price tiers for kilo boxes and not pouches because we want to ensure that we minimize damage to your purchased goodies. We suggest you order more in one transaction so that you can make the most out of your shipping fee and move closer towards the maximum allowed per box size.
For your reference, 1 pack of Biscocho weighs approximately 165g and 1 large Classic Butterscotch is about 510g.
We accept payment via BDO and BPI deposit or credit cards online via PayPal.
Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal but only through our e-commerce store. We do not accept credit cards yet in any of our physical stores.

Our standard turnaround time for preparing your order from our Iloilo store for shipping is 1-3 days. This does not yet include the shipping time of our partner carrier. Shipping time would depend on LBC’s turnaround time but usually takes 3-5 working days depending on the delivery area during non-peak seasons. For follow-ups on order preparation, you may contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise for delays in shipping, please contact LBC or J&T.
