We can only ship on a limited basis outside of the Philippines and only for specific products. We use DHL as our shipping provider. Please get in touch with us at admin@biscochohaus.com for any inquiries for international shipments.
You cannot change your order anymore after payment has been made.
Order cancellation is not allowed except for extraordinary circumstances which we hold absolute right to decide on as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Our shipping price is as such because we follow LBC and J&T’s price tiers for kilo boxes and not pouches. We want to ensure that we minimize damage to your purchased goodies. We suggest you order more in one transaction so that you can make the most out of your shipping fee and move closer towards the maximum allowed per box size.
For your reference, we have included the actual weight of each product here in our website. Also for example, 1 pack of Biscocho weighs approximately 165g and 1 pack of Large Classic Butterscotch is about 510g.
For our online store in this website, we accept payment via BDO and BPI deposit or credit cards online via PayPal.
For our physical stores in the Visayas, we only accept cash.
Yes, we accept credit card payments via PayPal but only through our e-commerce store. We do not accept credit cards yet in any of our physical stores.
We do not accept cash on delivery payments. Per company policy, all product costs and shipping costs must be fully paid for by the customer before leaving our store.
