Please follow all the steps below for this payment method:
STEP 1: After checkout from our website, please wait for the system-generated confirmation email of your order from our website. The confirmation email will contain a summary of your order, your shipping information, full shipping charges and a unique reference number for your order.
STEP 2: Please settle the full amount within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation with the bank of your choice (BDO and BPI only). Failure to settle full charges within 48 hours will result to automatic cancellation of order’s reference number and non-processing of the transaction.
Settlement of payment can be made in 2 ways:
(a) Branch over-the-counter deposit
(b) Electronic/mobile transfer via the BDO mobile app or BPI mobile app

IMPORTANT: Please remember to include your reference number on the”Notes” section of your electronic transfer. This will speed up our next step.
STEP 3: Take a clear photo of your deposit slip (for branch deposit) or screenshot of your electronic app transfer confirmation and e-mail it to our official admin account (admin@biscochohaus.com) as proof of payment. Failure to do so will definitely slow down the process of completing the order and delay your shipping. In your email, please include your reference number in your e-mail subject and attach the photo or screenshot in the email body.
STEP 4: After sending us your proof of payment, please wait for our full payment confirmation email from our admin account (admin@bischohaus.com) within 1-2 business days. We will need this time to validate your payment. Once everything checks out, the shipping process will commence. Should there be any discrepancies/non-settlement of charges, Biscocho Haus will send a failure of payment email notice and cancel your order.
